TRIBAL EMPLOYEES

Free Lodging will be provided to Tribal employees. Please complete this reservation form. 

Note: Do not call the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino to book your room, we will manage the reservations and send you a confirmation 1 to 2 weeks prior to the event. Please indicate your Tribal employer on the reservation form. 

Register for lodging by January 16th, 2025 to secure your reservation. 

NON TRIBAL EMPLOYEES

All Government, NGO, private and foundation employees are responsible for their lodging at the Summit. We have limited rooms blocked for this event at the GSA Rate of $110.00/night. Call (575) 464-7059 to book reservations for non-Tribal participants ONLY. 

Note: GSA Rate of $110.00/night is provided on a first-come, first serve basis because there are limited rooms available. To increase the likelihood of securing a room at this rate, book early and say you are with the 2025 New Mexico Tribal Forest & Fire Summit. You will be responsible for 100% of lodging costs. 

If hotel reservations are full, there are alternative lodging options available in Ruidoso.

  • You QUALIFY if you are: A Tribal member who is an employee of a Tribe or Pueblo.

    You QUALIFY if you are: A non-Tribal employee who is an employee of a Tribe or Pueblo. 

    You QUALIFY if you are: A Tribal member who is attending as a community participant (i.e. not affiliated with your place of work). 

    You DO NOT QUALIFY if you are: Employed by a non-tribal entity (i.e. Federal or state entity, NGO, private organization, philanthropy organization, etc.).
